I’ve been personally investing in flips and rentals for 8 years. I also co-own a real estate company based in Raleigh, NC. We specialize in helping investors and “normal” purchasers buy with equity and cash flow. After selling over 50 homes a year, I’ve got a real pulse on the market here. Use that to make yourself some smart investments!

Flips used to be really easy for me to find investors…now it is much tougher. They still exist but, the home purchased at 70 cents on the dollar and held for a couple of years is a much quicker plan. Also, we are still growing in value and have large numbers of jobs and relocation folks moving in each year.

I’m happy to keep my eyes peeled for a deal.
