Placer County Association of Realtors; California Association of Realtors; National Association of Realtors.
I draw upon my many years of experience as a real estate investor in residential, income, and recreational properties to aid my clients in achieving their goals. My many years in business have helped shape my strong sense of customer service and my ability to negotiate decisively and efficiently for my clients.
My real estate experience includes transactions in the sale, purchase, and management of ranch properties; residential properties; mountain and vacation properties; and recreational properties.
Over the past few years, I have made a point of educating myself about the things that real estate buyers are asking a lot of questions about. These days, more than any other thing, it’s foreclosures. I know a LOT about the foreclosure process, and about how to represent you as a buyer of foreclosure properties.
I also have experience working with sellers in trouble—those facing the loss of their home. I may even be able to help you save your home if we can get working on it together soon enough!
I routinely work throughout Placer and El Dorado counties, and Sacramento and Nevada Counties and neighboring regions to a lesser degree. Visit my vacation rentals web site at: www.SierraMountainCabins.com
One Additional “Specialty”
You might have noticed that I publicize myself as a “Ranch Property Specialist.” In 1999, along with a partner, I developed what is now widely considered ‘Placer County’s Premiere Equestrian Facility.’ That project involved designing and building a home, and developing a fully functioning 60-stall facility with multiple arenas and barns, and an indoor barn and arena structure which covers more than 25,000 square feet of ground. Visit the web site for this ranch at: www.StageStop.net
Training and riding academy programs were also my projects during the developmental stage of the ranch. Additionally, I developed and implemented the marketing to bring that beautiful ranch to its current splendor.
My past experience includes owning several small businesses between 1979 and 2005, as well as working as a licensed civil engineer for both Federal and State governments. I have broad project management experience and training, and I have extensive training in negotiation, interpersonal communication, and cross-cultural awareness.
I have an AS degree in Math and Physical Sciences from American River College; and a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UC Davis.
My education includes formal training and experience in evaluating a project or plan in both economic terms and in terms of customer satisfaction and intangible value. What this means to you as my client is that I will serve you with concern for your wishes while always keeping a realistic and educated eye on your goals. My pledge to you is to continue to educate myself so that I can best serve your needs.
I have lived, worked, and owned property in El Dorado, Placer, Yolo, and Sacramento counties; I consider myself a “neighbor” in a large list of communities. I now live in Lotus, near Coloma, in El Dorado County.
I enjoy meeting new people, and working with people to solve a problem or reach a goal. I consider every client a potential new neighbor and friend, and I believe in long-term relationships. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Balance is the key to me. I try to make time for my outside interests which include horseback riding, writing, downhill mountain biking, skiing, ballroom dance, and working on my home and garden.
