Over the last decade I have owned & operated 2 separate real estate organizations at different times. (RE/MAX 2000 Inc. both Albany & Corvallis Or. offices as well as Feather Ridge Real Estate LLC, Salem, Or.- my current company)
2001-Made Executive Club – RE/MAX Real Estate Masters.
2002- Made transition from associate broker to principal broker designation. During my career I’ve done extensive work in the area of investment r.e working on H.U.D., U.S.D.A., V.A,. & other R.E.O opportunities.

I’v also done extensive property refurbishing & re-sale projects both with clients as well as on my own personal transactions. (35+). During my tenure as owner of RE/MAX 2000, Inc. I integrated a mortgage company to broaden our services and compliment our property managment division. I also orchestrated the negotiation into what is still the largest real estate office in Albany, Oregon.

My company at the time was the overall 4th largest real estate organization in the mid-Willamette Valley as far as annual sales.

After selling these offices I founded Feather Ridge Real Estate, LLC; a unfranchised discount brokerage which I ran through 2008.

I enjoy focusing my career in real estate on more creative & challenging arenas of real estate transactions and love opportunity to show people how to get into both a great home but also how to look at the single biggest investment of there lives as just that; an investment.
