Gilda is a native of the Orange County Coastal Area having lived in the cities of Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, and Laguna Niguel her entire life. Surrounded by real estate transactions as she was growing up, Gilda has an instinct for deal making and representing her clientÂ’s best interests.

Earning her bachelorÂ’s degree in Real Estate Finance from USC, Gilda knows all aspects of the real estate industry including: appraisal, real estate law, marketing, and finance. She began her career in commercial real estate representing corporate clients. Her tenacity, market knowledge, and desire to provide excellent service with integrity has gained her an excellent reputation. Since 1987 she has been licensed as a California Real Estate Broker.

She understands the value of investing in real estate and has watched values grow over the years in Southern California. She has a specialization in oceanview, oceanfront, golf course view, and single level homes in her market area. Gilda has completed more than $25 million in transactions.
