    I agree with sfnewsletter. On the flip side, Kings Beach remains one of the few places left in the Tahoe Basin seeing double digit annual growth. The growth is most likely due to the affordability of the homes in the area. It’s gonna be interesting to see what happens in Second Home areas over the next few years. Could be up or could be down big time…

    That place is in quite possibly the worst location in all of Tahoe! You’ll have more cars for neighbors than homes. But the taco parties would be epic!!!
