If you are serious about WANTING to do this deal, but, are lacking the Money to get into the Project….. .I may have a Private Money Source to HELP you!

You would need SOME Money of your own to pay for some/all of the Closing Costs, & some extra to Start the renovation work. They will pay for 100% of the Purchase Price,Renovations,& maybe some of the Closing Costs… but, max. out at 65% After Repair Value. The Renovation Funds are re-imbursed back to you, after you do a portion of the work.

You will need at least a 620 credit score, & you pay just: Interest Only Payments.

With a 700+ Score, you can go up to 6 months with NO MONTHLY PAYMENTS DUE, then, it becomes an: Interest Only Payments due Program, & then you just pay the Payments Amount that were owed, when you sell & re-pay the whole Loan! There are NO Pre-Payment Penalties!!
