Almost two acres plus a home, almost unheard of up in Emerald Hills these days. With this price reduction, this home will not last long.

Original $725,000 Reduced to $545,000 (-25%)
Sold in 2006 for $700,000, so this will be a short sale.

37 Woodhill Drive, 4/2.5, 2690 sf, DOM 77
Original $1,895,000, reduced to $1,795,000 after 21 DOM, now listed for $1,725,000 (-9%/-5%)
The overall price reduction on this Woodhill Estate home is $170,000, which is significant. Price is not out of the range of homes in this neighborhood.

Ding, ding, ding….we have a winner. This home is the longest on market of the 10, and has the highest percentage reduction. The big problem: 1500 sf lot. Oh, and that it sold in 2005 for $525,000.
