I’ve partnered with a lender that’s willing to lend me money for buying REO’s and short sale properties if I have a buyer lined up. Because I’m not an agent, this is not possible for me to do.
This private lending source will also lend to buyers without bank qualifying and can close in 30 days, sometimes shorter. So I’m looking for property that I can purchase and turn around and sell to a buyer in as less time as possible.
At this time, I’m only looking for houses in good condition with little to no repairs needed.
