The TV show Flip This House is doing a casting call. I wanted to let others know about it. The particulars are on my blog at www.realtythoughts.com. Seems like it would be a good opportunity for someone here.
I’m guessing you received the same casting call email from the PR group representing Flip This House. I was hesitant to post a reference to this show on the pad. I’ve only watched a couple episodes of the A&E series, and I’m not sure how i feel about it. I’d love to hear everyone else’s thoughts. Will someone give me a reason to watch?
I’ve watched several times and have mixed feelings about whether or not it’s entirely scripted. The improvements vs. added value equity they state are exaggerated at times (most of the time). The show does however have a good entertainment element to it.

i agree with adcap. the profit they state on the show does not take into account closing costs, agent fees, taxes, etc…
