Hello everyone. Just got started in Real Estate investing. I want to turn this into a full time business. I am looking for any tips and advice from anyone. Most problem I am running into is finding a buyer, and yes I have a buyers list.
Any advice?

read as much as you can! if you come across a problem, most likely someone else has struggled with the same issue and overcome it
