I used to have an office in Naperville off Diehl/Naperville Blvd. So I’m curious, how is your investing going in your neck of the woods? Its been so slow up by me in Schaumburg. I’m trying to stay away from the gambling boats on my off time. I’m sure you know about that with the gambling places near you.
My profit margin has been cut in half, but thats to be expected in this market. I’ve just been selling my homes for less than i used to. Still making a healthy profit on my rehabs.
