I’m sure you were curious about the title which made you look. I’m glad you did.
I’ve been in real estate for 4 years and have learned a tremendous amount about how helping others helps us. I found a niche for investing and went with it. Short Sales was where I intended to be, but I suffered for months through deaths in my family which nearly shut down my business. One day I sitting on the phone with a client, going over her options, and I heard in my head, “You have solutions to problems that many people need to hear. Get the word out now before others do who don’t care as much as you.”
I put together a business plan immediately and started writing a script for a new CD called Live Foreclosure Free – Homeowner Options Revealed. Investors will love it and can hear a sound bite on my site. The sale of the CD is going to be far reaching, and a good portion of the proceeds will help victims of hurricanes who are now homeless.
So thats my intro and, by the way, the title stands for “Oh My Goodness, it’s the Short Sale Smart Tool” for investors. Hope to meet everyone now that I’m on this site, and thanks for reading.
