HELLO ALL!

My name is Ramondo Stallings and I am a new! I honestly have never heard of Flipping Pad until I read a email from Peter Kolat 5 minutes ago. I was really suprised because I thought I had heard of every social network out there. Anyways, it is good to be here. I am going to post a little about what I am involved in. I search worldwide for developments that are 75 million or more where the developer either needs help to finish (funding) or is looking to sell. This is a different program and sometimes people have thought I was scamming because it is “outside the box”. Please know I WOULD NEVER do something to harm anyone. What I am doing is real and people have closed with this company and I presently have a development under contract that should close in 30 days. I will post later the full deal on it. About me: I live in Scottsdale, Arizona where it is hot right now! I am a former 5 year NFL player and I currently am a RE investor and I truly love real estate. Hey Ramondo, I am also a former NFL alumni, I played 3 years with the Browns and 1 year with the Giants. I have seen another company that funds deals starting at 10 million and up. They are an asset management company www.allianceassetmanagement.com. Is the company you work for anything like this? They finance deals by creating bonds and selling them (I think these are called junk bonds). I am part owner of an investment company, we also have the experience behind us to develop land with multi-unit and mixed use new construction.
