Hi All I’m new to this forum, 1st time ever being on one. My question is what is the best way to get a private money lender? I have access to a lot of deals, but some of these deals i need money to give to the seller, and i really don’t want to deal with hard money lenders, because of the interest rate and the time period they loan it out for which is a very short time. Does anyone have any suggestion thanks again
